On signing and sending the registration form, the participant diclares that he accepts the rules of the Peoples Run - Memorial Mother Theresa, that he has a suitable medical certificate to compete in the race according to the provisions of D.M. 18/02/82
e 28/02/83 and that he is over 18 years of age. Moreover, he expressly states under his own resonsibility that he declared the truth,

Paragraph 10, Law 15/5/97 n. 127) and that he assumes all civil and/or criminal responsibility
for any damage caused to persons or property.
According to section 10, Law n. 675/96 we ensure that personal data will be only used for the completion of the particpants list and of the ranking, for the declared services of the organizations, for subsequent communications, for the historical archive and for possible Peoples Run's direct marketing purpose. |
